My Own Worst Enemy was a hit 11 years ago.
Loser was a hit 16 years ago.
How I Could Just Kill A Man was a hit 19 years ago.
At work today I had absolutely nothing to do for the last twenty minutes. I put my iPod on and sang to myself and doodled. I heard something and looked up, Tweedle Dum and Pokeman were standing next to me, singing too. We sang Loser and me and Poke did How I Could Just Kill A Man. They couldn't actually hear the songs, only my god-awful renditions of them. Shit gets really boring when there is nothing to do and those twenty minutes felt like the longest twenty minutes I'd ever lived.
ETA: I gotta stop looking up these songs when they come on, it's really beginning to depress me. Cake's The Distance is 14. My kids are right, I like old music.
E yet A But thanks to Hammy, I've got Fuck You and that hasn't even been released yet. That means I can subtract a few years from my playlist, right. Fucking time, how does it work?
