Perfect weather for grilling!

I talk about what I'm eating for dinner a lot, don't I? Got the idea from a thread-- I personalized it a lot.

Fresh tilapia was on sale at Compare for 1.99 a pound-- a steal! I got three of them and had the guy open them and cut the heads off. I suppose I could have done this with the head on but 1)I don't like looking at the heads when I'm eating them and 2)I've got the heads and am going to make stock with them.

So-- coated them inside and with oil, salted and peppered them. Put a spring of garden rosemary in each plus lemon slices. Wrapped them in bacon. Dany is now preparing the grill. I am never allowed near the grill.

I also got a fresh pineapple. What do I have in my pantry that'll make good grilled pineapple. . . .

Next time! Yum!

I melted butter but some cinnamon, minced ginger and brown sugar in the pot. I also put a little melted butter and brown sugar on the pineapple spears before I put them on the grill. Basted with the stuff in the sauce pan.

Dany grilled some corn in the husk. God-dangit, that was some fun in the setting sun.
