The Queen of Sheeeba [userpic]
I'm both dumb and smart.

Today I used the word "corrugated" at work (in relation to my stomach and what Pain and Heartache did to the skin there) and the two people I was talking to didn't know what the hell I was talking about. Since these two people aren't stupid, I took it to mean that I am a genius.

Then later (by "later" I mean "right now") I was charging up my new iPod Nano that I got the day before yesterday. It had a message that said "Connected. Eject before disconnecting"

I am still trying to figure out what that means. It's plain English with words that I understand all the meanings to but. . ..

THERE'S NOTHING TO EJECT! I'm afraid to even touch the thing now. It'll stay connected until I figure out what there is to eject. I feel all duuurrrrr.

This--"ejecting" makes sure the iPod and iTunes are done talking to each other, so you don't unplug it in the middle of doing something and mess it up.

You can also do the "safely remove hardware" thing to eject it. Useful if the iPod or itunes isn't cooperating.

Justin had to tell me to go to the start up menu and click the hardware icon. The thing was, I wasn't at iTunes, so I'm gonna pretend that if it was, I'da known what to do.

I'm so proud of you!

Hey, why do you have an icon of my belly?
